Small Parcels (accessories, single light garments, etc)

Large Parcels (large orders, everything else)

To reduce our emissions and shipping complexity, we only do shipping drop offs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We aim to ship all orders that come in before 5PM GMT the days before (Monday & Wednesday).

Click & Collect (London only): We can have these ready for you, as long as your order is in before 5pm GMT on Fridays (for Saturday or Sunday pickup).

UK: Orders typically take 2-3 working days to arrive, from when they are dropped off. Please be aware of any strike actions or bank holidays so you are not surprised by delivery times.

We do our best to provide accurate measurements and information so you can make an informed decision but we understand that sometimes it just isn’t right for any reason.
We do accept returns, if you send an email to returns@hautvintage.com and ship the item back to us (tracked), within 7 days, from the original date of delivery. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us with tracking, at your own cost.
Once we receive the item and can confirm it is in the condition when it was sent, we will issue you the refund for the price of the item, not including the original shipping costs.
We put a great deal of effort into delicately storing and handling the vintage items and would greatly appreciate it if you keep this in mind when trying your purchases on. Common things to be careful around are sharp jewelry that can snag fabrics or makeup that can leave residues when making contact
